About Me
My name is Naseer Shams (or "Nas") and I am an SC Cleared independent Management Consultant specialised in Business Analysis - employing Systems Engineering, Enterprise Architecture and Programme/Project Management techniques.
Having spent over 15 years supporting the successful delivery of major programmes across both the public and private sectors, I decided it was the right time to present my capabilities to the market as a freelance consultant.
I support clients with a hybrid business and IT approach to better understanding and managing their complex and demanding problems.
My Aim
I have always worked with a passion for supporting others to the highest standards - be that supporting my colleagues and piers, or employers and clients.
Having worked for major blue-chips and consultancies across some vastly different and challenging environments, I will be proud to channel my experience and knowledge towards whatever opportunities and challenges the future presents.
